
1. Teeth Tapping
Every morning upon waking, tap your teeth together, tapping your molars 30 times, then your front teeth 30 times. This helps strengthen your teeth.
2. Closed-Mouth Breathing
Regularly regulate your breathing with your mouth closed, keeping it even and gentle.

3. Swallowing Saliva
Every morning, press your tongue against the roof of your mouth, or lick it with the tip of your tongue. When your mouth is full of saliva, swallow it several times to aid digestion.
4. Face Rubbing
Every morning, rub your hands together to warm them. Use your middle fingers to run upward along the sides of your nose, then spread your hands to the sides, moving them down your cheeks. Repeat this more than 10 times, until your face feels slightly warm. This can create a rosy complexion and relieve fatigue.
5. Hair Combing
Insert your ten fingers into your hair and use them to comb your hair, massaging it from front to back. Comb your hair 50-100 times each time. This helps circulate qi and blood, clearing your mind.

6. Eye Movement Method
Roll your eyeballs from left to right more than 10 times, then from right to left more than 10 times, then close your eyes and rest for a while. Do this 4-5 times daily to clear the liver and improve eyesight.

7. Ear Concentration Method
Cover your ears with your hands, lower and raise your head 5-7 times. This can clear the mind and eliminate distracting thoughts.
8. Qi Lifting Method
While inhaling, gently lift your anus and perineum upwards. After a short while, slowly exhale and lower them. Do this 5-7 times daily to promote the flow of Qi.
9. Abdominal Massage Method
After each meal, use the palms of your hands to massage your abdomen, centered around your navel, in a clockwise direction about 30 times. This can aid digestion and relieve bloating.

10. Foot Massage Method
Before bed every day, use your thumbs to massage the soles of your feet 100 times in a clockwise direction.
