A medieval tower in Rome collapsed, killing one person.
A medieval tower under renovation in central Rome, Italy, collapsed, killing one person and injuring three. The 29-meter-high Conti Tower, built in the 13th century, partially collapsed on Monday morning (November 3rd) during renovations, followed by a second collapse approximately 90 minutes later.
