(Seoul) South Korean prosecutors on Monday (November 10) charged former President Yoon Seok-youl with a new offense, alleging that he ordered drones to fly over North Korean airspace to reinforce his attempt to declare martial law. Two other former defense ministers, Kim Yong-hyun and Yeo In-hyung, were also charged in connection with the same case.

Severe air pollution in New Delhi, India protesters say: I miss breathing.
On Sunday (November 9), PM2.5 levels in New Delhi, the Indian capital, exceeded the World Health Organization's recommended daily maximum by more than 13 times. Dozens of protesters took to the streets that day, demanding that the government take action on years-long air pollution problems. They held signs reading "I miss breathing" and "We need clean air now."
