October 29th - In an NBA regular season game, the Heat defeated the Hornets 144-117. After the game, Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra spoke about Davydon Mitchell's playmaking abilities.
Spoelstra said, "We love that about him so much because he has a helpful heart and a desire to create scoring opportunities for his teammates, which is exactly what the team needs. He has exceptional playmaking talent, and how could you not like playing with a player like that? Thank God we re-signed our hero."
