Common symptoms include a painless testicular lump, a feeling of heaviness or dull pain in the scrotum, sometimes accompanied by lower abdominal or back pain. Treatment typically includes surgical removal (radical orchiectomy), chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. The overall cure rate is high, with a five-year survival rate exceeding 95% for early-stage patients.
