November 2nd - In Game 7 of the MLB World Series, the Dodgers, with Will Smith in charge, hit a go-ahead solo home run in the top of the 11th inning, helping the team to a 5-4 overtime victory and successfully defend their title, securing their ninth championship in franchise history.
This is Will Smith's third World Series title with the Dodgers (2020, 2024, 2025). It also marks the sixth consecutive year that a player named "Will Smith" has won a World Series title with a team.
