After the game, head coach Willie Green spoke to reporters about using Jordan Poole as a substitute:
"He played great. We all know he's going through a tough adjustment period, and he's a really energetic player.
He's the core of our second unit… I'm very proud of his performance."
Poole played 32 minutes off the bench, shooting 9-for-15 from the field, 7-for-13 from three-point range, and 5-for-5 from the free-throw line, scoring 30 points, grabbing 2 rebounds, dishing out 2 assists, and blocking 1 shot.
