November 4th - In today's NBA regular season game, the Portland Trail Blazers lost to the Los Angeles Lakers 115-123.
After the game, Trail Blazers interim head coach Tiago Splitter was interviewed by reporters.
When discussing the team's performance tonight, Splitter said: "Some nights you really have to acknowledge the opponent's performance. They worked harder than us tonight, and they shot more accurately, while we weren't aggressive enough. It's like one of those nights where we could have controlled the game with our defense, but we didn't."
"The opponent was better than us in many ways tonight, such as shooting. They shot 58% from the field and 39% from three-point range. They were too natural on offense. We also couldn't control our rhythm. We have to give credit to the Lakers; they played very well tonight."
