"Sometimes I'm tough on him, sometimes I'm lenient with him, and he understands. Sometimes he gets caught up in a spiral of self-criticism, and it's my responsibility to pull him out of it," Adebayo said.
This preseason, Ware averaged 17.8 points and 11.5 rebounds per game.
