November 8th - In today's NBA Cup group stage match, the Thunder defeated the Kings 132-101.
Thunder center Isaiah Hartenstein played 31 minutes, shooting 14-of-17 from the field and 5-of-6 from the free-throw line, scoring 33 points, grabbing 19 rebounds, dishing out 3 assists, making 1 steal, and blocking 3 shots.
After the game, head coach Mark DeGnott praised Hartenstein's outstanding performance in an interview:
"Over time, his chemistry with his teammates and his performance within the system have improved significantly.
Obviously, he was very impactful when he first arrived, but he continues to improve—especially on offense and in decision-making.
He's increasingly fitting into our system and building chemistry with his teammates. Tonight's game is the best proof of that."
