November 10th - In an NBA regular season game, the 76ers lost to the Pistons 108-111. After the game, Tyrese Maxi spoke to the media about the team's failure to effectively contain Pistons star Cade Cunningham.
Maxi said, "We didn't execute our game plan strictly in the second half. He got off the defense several times. When a good player gets off the defense and we see him make a few shots, we know what's going to happen. We played well overall, and I think my teammates did a decent job limiting him, especially early in the game. It's just a matter of maintaining a high level of pressure. This loss has happened, but next time we must execute our plays and know what we're supposed to do."
In this game, 76ers player Tyrese Maxi played 38 minutes, shooting 10-for-26 from the field, including 4-for-12 from three-point range, and 9-for-9 from the free-throw line, scoring 33 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists, and 2 steals.
