
On October 20th, ESPN reporter Shams Charania reported that the Trail Blazers have agreed to a four-year, $90 million contract extension with guard Shayden Sharpe.
Sharp was selected by the Trail Blazers with the seventh overall pick in the 2022 draft. The 2025-26 season is the final year of his rookie contract, with a salary of $8.4 million.
Last season, Sharpe played in 72 regular-season games, averaging 18.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game while shooting 45.2% from the field and 31.1% from three-point range.
