November 26th - NBA reporter Mike Scotto reports that sources indicate the Milwaukee Bucks conducted background checks on Zach LaVine and other players, as usual.
However, Scotto notes that with Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo nearing recovery from a minor adductor strain, the extent of the Bucks' interest in LaVine is currently uncertain.
If the Bucks' interest in LaVine intensifies, Scotto believes forward Kyle Kuzma is a noteworthy trade target. Kuzma co-invests in a women's professional sports project called Major League Volleyball (MLB) with Sacramento Kings owner Vivek Ranadive, and trade rumors linking Kuzma to the Kings have persisted for several seasons.
This season, LaVine has played 16 games, averaging 20.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 33.5 minutes per game, with a 49.8% field goal percentage, 38.6% three-point percentage, and 89.3% free throw percentage.
