October 20th: After today's practice, Timberwolves player Anthony Edwards spoke with reporters.
Talking about the motivation they felt when they were eliminated by the Thunder last season, Edwards said:
"That was definitely motivation. They sent us home last year. If that doesn't motivate us, we shouldn't have come back this year. Absolutely."
Talking about Reed and McDaniels:
"We know what Naz Reed brings every night. He's very consistent. And Jaden McDaniels' improvement has been really noticeable, especially in his decision-making with the ball.
We all know he can score, but it's about what you do next after you get the ball, and he's gotten much better at that."
