
October 22nd - According to previous reports, the Indiana Pacers and Aaron Nesmith have reached an early, two-year, $40.4 million contract extension.
According to reporter Michael Scotto, sources revealed that Nesmith's new contract includes a 7.5% trade bonus.
Last season, Nesmith emerged as one of the Pacers' best defensive players. He appeared in 23 playoff games, averaging 12.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 28.3 minutes per game, shooting 47.2% from the field and 49.2% from three-point range.
