October 22nd: Former NBA player Blake Griffin discussed the Rockets' Fred VanVleet's injury on a TV show.
Griffin said, "I'm really sad that Fred VanVleet got injured because he's exactly the type of player they need, but you never know what's going to happen. I think they're very optimistic about Reid Sheppard, and I think he can step up and help take some of the pressure off the team. We'll see."
The Rockets will face the Thunder on the road at 7:30 PM today.
