He was just a third-tier basketball player a few years ago, but he's since dramatically risen to become the Grizzlies' lottery pick."
Cowherd played 23 minutes, shooting 9-of-13 from the field, 6-of-6 from three-point range, and 3-of-4 from the free throw line, finishing with 27 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 1 steal.
