Do you ever feel nostalgic at this stage in your career?
Paul: Maybe just a few moments. Like when I first got my practice jersey, when I first put on my jersey.
While chatting with Ivica Zubac, we were playing cards on a plane, and I realized he's the longest-tenured player on the Clippers. I asked him, "Ivica, what's your first year with the Clippers?" He replied, "This is my seventh."
This is my seventh year too. I had six years with the Clippers before, with a long break, and then this season.
It happens sometimes, maybe when the season starts. But I'm completely immersed in the game. And in this new role I'm settling into, I have to be completely focused and focused on the game.
