October 27th - According to NBA reporter Marc Stein, Mavericks owner Patrick Dumont's strong support for Nico Harrison stems largely from Harrison's proposal for a little-known Luka Dončić trade, which Dumont ultimately approved.
According to ESPN sources, general manager Harrison has not yet entered into any contract extension negotiations and has two years remaining on his contract.
So far this season, the Mavericks have a record of 1 win and 2 losses.
